Energy Conservation Measures Implemented: We developed this Phase II EPC for EMHA ( 227 units (1 high-rise with 134 units and 93 scattered sites). Services included an investment grade energy audit, project development, savings guarantee, design, construction/implementation, and measurement of savings. ECMs to be installed include water conservation measures, interior and exterior LED lighting, combination boilers, tankless hot water heaters, furnaces, commercial dishwasher, 3-ton RTU, 15-ton RTUs, 5-ton split system, exhaust fans, occupancy sensors, and windows.
