ECMs to be installed include water conservation measures, interior and exterior energy-efficient lighting, condensing boiler upgrades, combination boilers, VFD domestic water pumps, vending machine mizer, limiting programmable thermostat installations, ZeroEnergy® water heating system, and attic insulation.
