We create over 250 studies / 7,500 units a year for USDA, public housing, section-8, and tax credit properties. Reports have been completed well before requested deadlines. Our team has processed over 200 reports for one of the largest low-income housing management companies in the US. They coordinate with over 40 utility companies to gather data. The Reports are provided to the site managers, regional managers, and corporate office. The Reports have a deadline of July 1. For four years straight, we have always met our deadline.

ECMs installed include water conservation measures, energy-efficient lighting, and hot water pipe insulation.

ECMs to be installed include water conservation measures, energy-efficient lighting, and building envelope improvements.
