Energy Performance Contract
An EPC is a turn-key energy solutions project that provides clients with project development, design, engineering, financing procurement assistance, subcontractor procurement assistance, implementation, measurement and verification, with a savings guarantee. The benefit of an EPC is that it allows you to leverage the savings from fast-payback ECMs to install longer-payback improvements, without increasing your operating costs at all! WWEC excels at developing strong projects which maximize either capital improvements or the cash flow to the client, depending on your goals. Research of local, state and federal rebates is also a standard service we offer in order to get the most out of your energy project.
Savings Guarantee (included in EPC)
As with any turn-key energy project we implement for you, we will offer a savings guarantee. We have implemented over 50 turn-key projects, with only one call on our savings guarantee due to a change in HUD regulations. If our project does not perform to our guarantee, then it is our responsibility to pay you dollar for dollar.

It does not have to include a savings guarantee, and might be funded from reserves instead of from financing. WWEC also identifies building improvements that might reduce homeowner insurance costs.
